Shipping & Returns

Order processing times can take up to 4 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 - 4 days (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 10 full business days to receive your order. 

Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. You can also view your order status within your customer profile. 

Please note that BLAQK SOCIETY LLC is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered." If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777. 

Customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with re-sending a package that is returned to BLAQK SOCIETY LLC due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address.

BLAQK SOCIETY LLC is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 15 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. BLAQK SOCIETY LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS.

Domestic U.S. Returns

To begin the process of returning your eligible order, please follow our contact us page. 

  • You will then be prompted to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label.
  • For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
